How I Got Pranked

hallo long time ha i've been so busy with school and that stuff you know everyone is
so today i am telling you how i got pranked me and amy by my best friend rose and ina:

 22 nd October 2015
at 09:00:

i don't have a class at 8:00 o'clock on thursday so i study at 9:00 am and i don't have any classes with rose so when we went up to our class and the teacher got in ,the teacher was busy with her work and then ina got in and talked to us said 'have you seen rose she's crying' we replyed by why!!!
'because of that man yesterday he followed her '

wednesday we were droping rose to the trasportstation and a man was cheking us out from his car an old man and we hated that so rose mumbeled under her nose saying ' your such a discasting man why are you looking at us' he saw her and told her that he was going to beat her if she didnt shut up so we got way far from him and a few minutes later he was gone we said goodbye to rose and went to our houses we told her we could call our best guy friend to stay with her but she didn't want to.

so on class we didn't even pay any attention we were thinking about her and how is she and how is that our folt that we let her alone there and he came back maybe he rapped her maybe he beated her so we had so many thoughts my friends : amy,,mano. but i almost did i was going to but i don't like crying in front of people i feel week so when the bell ringed we rushed down to meet rose we were so worried when we found her she told us that he came back and thank god her friend was there and after we got down the stairs because like here in algeria schools we have a break at 10:00 am it's a 10 minute break so when we talked she revealed it was a prank i was literly going to poor in teers but got myself together.

Tips & Tricks To Stay Calm

so i just felt like posting a new blog today about how to stay calm and relaxed and these are the tips and tricks that i came up with

remain positive:

Stay Positive about the challenges you face everyday and you'll have a great day being positive is such a good thing to start your day with.

avoid caffeine:

try to avoid coffe because Caffeine will only further stimulate the areas of your brain that are causing you to feel overwhelmed in the first place replace it with water or tea instead i've been drinking Lipton Green Tea lately and it is so good try it.

get some sleep:

you just have to sleep for at least 7 hours at night.

Breathe:

take a deep beath while your reading this 

• Take five deep breaths in and out (your belly should come forward with each inhale).

Loosen up:

After your breathing session, perform a quick body scan to identify any areas that are tight or tense

these are the tips that i came up with i hope i helped just a bit bby peeps

Get To Know Me Better

hey guys obviously i am doing a new blog i just wanted you to know me better so i collected a bung of questions and i am going to be answering them comment down bellow if you liked it enjoy.

1- Who is your hero? 
well i have two heros :

1-it's Daniel Sharman known as Isaac Lahey in Teen Wolf because i love him and i like that he does all that he can to help people i just love him and that's the same thing with Cameron Dallas .

2-  If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

i would probebly live in London with my besties.

3-What is your biggest fear?

not able to accoplish my dreams (and they are alot hahha) and living them .

4-If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?

i would meet my internet friends with my besties and have fun and then go meet Cameron and daniel and have fun with my friends and make some memories.

5-What would you sing at Karaoke night?

i would sing Flashlight by jessie j.

6-Which would you rather do: wash dishes, mow the lawn, clean the bathroom, or vacuum the house?

definetly wash the dishes because i'm used to do it

7- Have you ever had a nickname? What is it?

does Aby count because my full name is Abir actually i have two names Fatima Abir but i like abir better.

8-How would your friends describe you?

they'll probebely call me crazy and hilarious because i am entertaining like seriously (ahahhaha you tell me)

9- What are your hobbies?

i like singing i got 7/10 from my friends and familly about my voice well and i love doing crazy and silly stuff with my besties.

10-Have you ever had a secret admirer?

no i don't even remember that anyone before talled me that he likes me

11-How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

1 hour for all the stuff that i do in the morning.

12-Which of the five senses would you say is your strongest?

my ears i can listen really clearly sometimes

13-Who was your favorite teacher in school and why?

my english teacher in the middle school she was so much fun and we had so much fun in her class.

14-What song would you say best sums you up?

there are two for now:

Wildest Dreams by Taylor Swift and Me&The Rhythm by Selena Gomez.

15-What celebrity would you like to meet at Starbucks for a cup of coffee?

it would be definetly Daniel Sharman not just coffee though

16-Who was your first crush?

the boy next door when i was 12.

i don't remember many but i have like this thing that i do every weekend in fall i get in my bed and get really cozy bring blankets everywhere and watch tv and eat something it really makes me feel so good seriously.

i don't really wear makeup and i never did in my life because i love natural look that's me

i've found out about Magcon threw a quiz i've been playing Quizzes in a site called Quotev for 2 years now and it's been a blessing knowing about you well let me explain:
it was a normal boring summer day i went into my computer and googled Quotev and end up playing a quizz about Magcon boys "who are these hot boys" i thought to my self finally i had Cameron Dallas in my results i was surprised to see this hot handsome guy in front of me so i did a reaserch about him then i followed him on social media and since that day i've been falling for him even though he doesn't know a thing about me i tried my luck to have his follow but until today he's still not noticing me i hope he does one day or he won't that's up to him to make my dream come true .
i watched every video of him every vine every movie of him and he's so cute .
i really get so jealous when i see him with other girls ,and i am not going to lie i picture my self with him and since i am so silly and crazy me and my friends imagine that we have famous boyfriends like my boyfriend is cameron but deep inside me i know that is not going to happen not now not later
because i am just an ordinary girl that lives in a place that nobody knows about it and that's sad because we algerian people are so friendly and sometimes i think because i am different i am special but seriously i don't think i am and i am certain that cam will never know that there is a 16 years old girl named Abir that lives in Algeria and my dream will never come true your just a shining star that i'll never approach it never ever in my whole life
